What are the inside diameter of the foam tires? Are you selling them individually or as a set?

Hey guys...finally got our power back on after the storms went thru Southern Jersey on Saturday....5 days without electric sucked, broke down and bought a generator to run the fridge, A/C unit and well water, been cleaning up trees and debris, figures it would be the hottest week so far this year......
