Mike, That engine was designed by the late John Vlavianos in Stockton, CA. John and Ken Hurst were in the same Model Engine club here in the Bay Area. Ken is still very active in it. Here is a pretty neet idea for a Dyno. It uses a computer mouse. The problem with using this for an engine is the flywheel is only a computer CD. You will need something with more mass. That's a nice looking frame. Did you use cromoly tubing? How much does it weigh? When do we get to see the body?
