Thanks Mike for understanding the intentions of my posts. I want to be friends and more than anything, want this area of the hobby to grow. I guess I will get back with you after my cars are all ready to go and we can go from there. Probably having several cars will help me since some will require n...

Mike, No one mentioned bending the rules. The rules don't allow me to plan on racing with you guys at all. Most will have to drive a good distance to get there and there are entry fees, gas, food, lodging, etc..... All of that taken into consideration and then considering the confusing rules, makes ...

Thanks for the support guys! I wanted to come back in here though and clear up any possibility of misunderstanding about my previous post. Mike Moore seems to be a great guy and he has done something where most do nothing but complain about no place to race. With that said, I appreciate what he has ...

Mike, Your rules state "Any car running more than 30cc's must add weight and run a gear to be determined by the Competition Committee". This creates a situation where a person may not have the "gear" you require and cannot meet your requirements and the weight you mentioned, is t...

Thanks Bob for the reply! Oh well, back to the molding process, lol. The 32's have a nice look with that motor up front and it sounds like someone did a good job on those. I can appreciate your desires since I too am a dedicated racer. I got out of full scale racing back in the 80's due to the cost ...

Hey Bob, Your link doesn't work; however, I did find the site. Nice looking cars you guys have. I need to ask you if anyone in your club produces the 55 Chevy body? I am asking since I was going to do one, but if can purchase a body instead of starting from scratch, that would give me a good head st...

Mike, I see one you have on ebay, but ebay isn't a place for typical shopping. I don't like to fight for something or overpay either. Do you have these for a preset price? I rarely get in on the ebay nightmare, too many idiots willing to pay ridiculous prices for stuff. Of course, I guess they will ...

Miguel, that's the spirit! Maybe run in two classes. Add some weight for one class and remove it and run in a bracket class too. I know all this could be worked our for everyone to enjoy and have fun. I have that issue of RC Driver, I'll have to go look you up. It's cool to be in the magazines. I ha...

By the way Mike, sorry this has turned into this discussion in the WTB forum. I know it doesn't belong here, but this is where we are, lol. As for promoting interest and getting this area of the hobby going again, media coverage is best. We now have at least four magazines dedicated to the hobby of ...

Hey guys, first I didn't intend to offend anyone. Sorry miguel if you think I am trying to "ban" your cars from the hobby. That is far from what I want. I just want a place for them all to fit in and not have the "pan" car dominate causing the scale of the hobby to disappear. I j...
