Mike, could you give us the distance between the flanges (out to out) where the "lockout adapters" would bolt up when you have a chance? Looks like the bearing is in the adapter and not in the axle tube. Thx in advance

OK, last batch of pictures. Looks pretty good on the dining table, eh. Some more photos hereabouts. On the close-ups of the A pillars, you can see a small horizontal crack on each side; I did not plan to do anything about them as they are hardly noticeable for display. For a runner, I'd give each a drop of CA glue, and maybe epoxy a little reinforcement on the back side.

I'll post some better pics for you lads. Here are some of the display chassis. Paul Smallenburg can fix you up with a runner if you want.

I've been looking at them too. Thinking about putting a QC rear in a Gilmer. I believe the RC4WD unit could be cut down and modified to a straight axle easily enough, but it looks like the pumpkin is just too big for the space in a Gilmer. Thx for the pictures and report
