Thank You John Foster!

Post by Emilio »

Well folks, I like to share a very special item, at least it's special for me. I purchased John Fosters BBS wheels off ebay a month or so ago from some guy, after speaking with the seller by phone and text once or twice about acquiring the much needed adapters to mount these wheels (as shown in the photo the tiny pin holes to mesh with the hubs!) I was blocked from communicating with this person, wha???

Thanks to JayHurrikan who provided me with J.Forsters number I now own possibly the last set of the BBS adapters for the Raco Indy car. John is a great guy to talk to and deal with. I am very proud to own this piece of history and art work.

The only things that are missing but not needed to mount the wheels is, one rear caliper and master cylinder and 1 set of brake pads, no big deal.

Thank you John for making this happen :D

Do the rear calipers bolt on to the existing Indy car hardware or do I need special brackets from quarter mortar?
