Pacesetter Dragster, just came today.

Post by PaulSongas »

Just got a Pacesetter "Vaporizer" Dragster. I will be doing a full restoration on this car soon, along with the proper paint job. I have a 16 month old son, and a 6 week old son, taking up most of my time now, so this one might take awhile. :D

I took it down to the bare frame today. The chassis has been painted over a few times, and is chipping in some spots, so I think I am going to have it sand blasted, maybe power coated. I'd rather paint it, but I think taking the body on and off will scratch the paint, especialy around the roll cage. I'll just have to be careful on masking some spots if I have it coated.
