Pacesetter Chrome Frame Funny Car

Post by gearhed »

Decided that I wanted to update this older chassis. So I went for a newer 29cc engine, 2 speed clutch, and belt drive. I added hydraulic rear brakes while I was at it. The front got some special treatment as well, new machined steering components. I had to rebuild the exhaust header to work with the rear exhaust port but I really like how it turned out. Hopefully I will find time over the summer to paint the Corvette body, going with Mooneyes sponsorship.
