A few weeks ago I bought a RACO with an ugly body. After cleaning, I thought it looks realy nice. I started to do a research but I had no luck. The only picture I found is a CAMARO body made by LRU/WCM. Does someone have any informations about this body? Who is the manufacturer, which year, How many have been produced, are there some more pictures? I am also interested in pictures of the original car. Thank you.
Michael from Berlin.

The first thing I did was to fix a little crack. Therefore I use ABS welding with an soldering iron. When I cutted out the windows I got some stripes of ABS for welding. It´s important to use the right temperature around 105° Celsius. I heat both sides of the crack and weld it with some extra material.

Re: Is this a rare CAMARO body?
This summer I visited Manfred Polcyn of Raco Racing germany. He showed me an old advertising brochure of RACO. There was an other picture of this special "Camaro" body. So it was sold by RACO I think...
