Revised Pacesetter Hi-Tech Sprinter

We are in the process of re-building this Pacesetter Hi-Tech Sprinter for my Father-In Law we changed it up a bit and put a Skelly Quick Change and a Zenoha G2D in it . We still have to test it but it all looks like it will work pretty good.....still needs some odds and ends but it's almost complete.
