Looking for info on constructing a top wing...

I need to build a top wing for my Pacesetter Sprint car....anybody got any pointers to guide me along the process so I don't look like this...... :banghead:
Trying to follow my 1/4 scale dreams on a 1/10 scale budget....lol

There are alot of guys over on "Hobbie Talk" that run sprint cars that may be able to help you out if you cant get one here.

Thanks Bob, great info....now to scare up some measurements...then I believe I can "wing" it from there.... :lol:

Mathematics is an exact science, if a full size car wing is 5' x 5' = 60" x 60", the 1/4 scale is 15" x 15". I am sure you can work out the rest. Scary isn't it. :o

Much appreciated Ozzy....it's not a racer, it's a resto project....I'm gonna mock up a wing out of card board and see how it looks, once I think it looks good I'll put the final cut down on the aluminum. I was looking for info on the construction of the wing itself...as far as the math lesson...I just kinda chuckled to myself and let it pass :roll:

Thanks for the measurements dtw...I'm gonna try them out with the paper wing and see what it looks like...by just eyeballing it, it looks damn close to what I want.... :D
