Custom made dust covers

Post by Emilio »

Hey everyone

Got a nice idea to share if you haven't made them yet...dust covers! My wife Michele's hobby is quilting and sewing, and while we were shopping for her items I saw some great looking fabrics sold by the yard. Ran the idea to my wife about dust covers and she was more than happy to make em for me. She started one for my GTP complete with elastic border to give a snug fit and it looks GREAT! I have a total of 10 cars and each 2 or 3 will have the same pattern but diffrent from the others. Here are the patterns. All material and elastic were purchased at Joann's. Hope you find this nice project helpful!

Emilio I do the same thing with my boats Travel/storage bags. Ive also done something similar with my high end propellers. at roughly $150 a prop its not something you want damaged. Nice work
