wr4am show 2013
this is dominics car at the wram show i wasnt there, my car wasnt ready, but he sure did represent with this beauty! this is sick ! he made all the mouldings out of aluminum, headlights, the front jet on the hood , taillights etc DAM! i dont like chevys but.........

I am not saying this is how he made it but I know of a way to get that look pretty easily.
Google search adhesive foil or gold, silver, aluminum leaf. You rub it on smooth it out and looks like metal because it is metal.
The adhesive foil all you need to do is remove backing carefully and place on object you are covering smooth it out and then trim the foil you do not need with hobby knife and BAM there you go.
for just the normal foil or leaf you will need to buy the brush or spray on adhesive then place foil or leaf over that rub smooth trim and remove any excess glue before it drys.
Another thing worth noting is that it will only look really good if you put it on an object that has a large amount of detail, putting it on lets say a vacuum formed lexan 1/10 scale body wouldn't look natural.

yeah i zoomed in on it and yes it looks like actual parts. But you can get a great look using the method I was talking about earlier.

yes i have tried that method and stuff with excellent results! the surface must be as perfect as you want it cause it will show thru the film sumtimes,
