Hello Guys:

I am going to attempt to make headers for a conley engine. Can someone please tell me what size stainless steel tubing is used and the size of the big main tube. wall thickness would also help. your time and effort will be greatly appreciated

Much Thanks!!

In a kit I purchased it came with brass tubing to make the headers. Cant remember the size though. Might want to look at brass though. May be easier to bend?

Hey mike

Thanks for the info but I don't think brass looks that good. I'm sure someone has a set they can measure for me.
