I know of someone who has purchased one, they said it is very well built but the steering knuckles make it look weird for our applications. They do sell a kit to make it a normal axle but it makes it way wider than a rear that we would use, and that can be found here https://store.rc4wd.com/Burnout-14-Rear ... _4488.html

Mike, could you give us the distance between the flanges (out to out) where the "lockout adapters" would bolt up when you have a chance? Looks like the bearing is in the adapter and not in the axle tube. Thx in advance

Cheers

Hi.
I have one on the way from Hong Kong.
When it arrives I will modify it for a T model Ford hot rod I am building. I will post pictures of the mods.

Hi.
So far I have done all the measurement and photos from a full size one ton truck cab and frame from a 1927 model. The model will have a Conley V8 and I have decided to do a front independent suspension. At the moment I am building a small English wheel and bead roller as the body will be done in metal. I have been thinking of doing this for a long time but work got in the way. Now I am retired I have the spare time. I will download photos of the build and conversion of the diff.

Graham same here.

Well I'll give my thoughts as I just received it and I'll call this an unboxing of the RC4WD QC rear. First, this thing comes packed extremely well from overseas and it makes receiving it and the anticipation of going through all this stuffing that I've never seen before, all that more exciting.Enough about that how about the rear? Well, one word, MASSIVE! Although when people show comparison photos to a skellenger or winters, they seem the same but they're not at all, this is due to the oversized everything! The axle tubes, the steering arms and knuckles, it just looks and feels massive, and weighs just as it sounds. This is not a dainty QC rear that will slide right in to most applications without serious thought or some light to med fabrication skills, for instance, the way it comes right out of the box, if your 32 or 34 ford project was waiting for this piece, I think you would be overwhelmed or disappointed. But all is not lost, this is a wonderfully beautiful solid quality rear that won't disappoint in this dept or bop you over the head and take your wallet. I love it and can find use for it. Purely my opinion.

Graham keeping the T 1/4 scale is no problem, just saying that once all the bulk is trimmed off, one could start tweaking or alter it to work fine. I have no problem hacking stuff up lol. Anyone have a clue what the brackets are used for in the last photo?
