Mike will he still be adding to this collection since he's not selling? Would Oliver give you an outside photo of the building?

He has slowed down purchasing these types of items. I do have outside shots. I need to find them.

Yes, it's nice and mindblowing.
And the pictures don't give the smallest idea of what you can find there.
I help him a bit to expand his collection with custom made rc products, parts, designing and cars.
For the last five years I visiting him every year a few times to bring something I made for him.
It will be a museum, and for what I know in the future, when everything is ready it is possible to vist it for rc enthousiasts.
Everything what is made, you can find there.
If you have the possibility, in the near future, you have to bring him a visit.
I never met a person with so much passion for a hobby and cars.
It is not just to have or a hobby, but careness, love and passion for the history of the 1/1 cars, motorcycles and all scale rc cars, engines and motorcycles.

I would say priceless looking at it from Oliver's' point of view, but judging from the photos and the tamiya, kyosho brands, I really don't see that much over two million and I think I'm being generous. That's just my book value.

You are not seeing the Jerons, conley v8's, engines, parts, etc. This is only a small portion.
