I would love to have one of these, and I would love to make it street legal but not sure if open wheel cars are legal? I know the Chrysler/Plymouth Prowler is semi open wheel so I guess there might be some work around? I see myself buying one of these or an Indy Roadster one day. :D

Doing some more searching and found that open wheel cars are legal at least in the State of Indiana?
