I am going through 8 or 9 G2D motors that have come with various Raco cars I have purchased.
I'm checking all the specs of the motors and replacing whatever parts are not in spec.
I am using a soda blaster on the crankcase and heads once assembled and then a light polishing on the crankcase.
The soda blaster gives a great finish to the heads. I will post more photos as I go along.

It's a Piston Stop Tool. It locks the piston so you can take off the clutch and flywheel bolts. I leave it in while I work on the engine to keep dirt out and as you said... It makes a great handle...

Hello,
Cool result with the polishing. Would like to know where do you purchase the parts?
Cheers.
Whoz.
