I can get pics with a conley. It is a bit wider.

...Sure would look good under a long blue hood with white stripes.

If I had that beauty, I'd have to consider building a vintage F1 or Indy car with the exposed engine.

I guess if there was a good scale Ford motor it would have been used in the Cobra. Isn’t that an oxymoron? a good Ford motor. I thought the GM motor was a nice upgrade for the Cobra. Long ago some Chevy guys did found a suiting place for the Ford motor, in a Vega.

I remember when I first got my drivers license, the old man next door gave me his Galaxy 500. He thought I needed something to work on. The up side was that walking 2 miles to school, uphill in both directions was good exercise for me. I think that Galaxy 500 is still parked in the front yard slowly returning to nature.

I still don’t understand a guys fascination with the Mustang; I thought ponies were for little girls! This doesn’t mean I don’t have a desire for a Cobra. It’s not a pony, it’s a snake that can be respected. After all, it was built by a guy named Carroll, It had to be tough!

I have to give credit where credits due. Didn’t Ford come up with the first heated rear window? It was to keep your hands warm while pushing the car on cold winter nights.

I have never been a Ford, Chevy, mopar guy... I am a Muscle car fan. That means anything american is A-OK with me.

We should be bashing honda and toyota rice. Not american muscle.

I love my old mustang.......hate driving it tho.....its old, uncomfortable, bad riding, no handling, cantankerous and not nearly as fast as it used to be (all of the latter apply to me too tho.....) Didn't they put a turbo something in the kids mustang in Tokyo Drift? Actually ferd v. Shovel-a used to matter to me. Now I just dont care as much as long as it gets me from a to b.

Good heavens... I haven't heard that "found on road dead" stuff since the eighth grade.

The Chevy, Ford feud is just so American. Brothers need something to dispute over, friends needed a debating point. The presidents come and go but Chevys and Fords are always there . It’s the battle of the best!

It is strange that Buick, Mopar and PMD were rarely in the debate. They were the stealth muscle cars, the sleepers. Or it could be that I couldn’t afford one so I didn’t have to defend my choice of car.

And if we were depending on American made two strokes where would we be.
