Hey Boosted keep me updated on this project I would love to know how well it cools and how bad it is on batteries. If it runs good I may do the same thing you did. If it runs horrible I will do a non functional setup. Ohh and a video would be great as well =)

Thank you!

I may need to. I need to make some test runs and see how hot it gets. If I can't keep it cool, then I will add a tank with more water.

I just tried running the cooling system and quickly learned that I need to install an expansion tank in order to keep air out of the system and keep a constant supply of water to the pump.

I thought you might , I have a pump and single radiator that I was running tests for my electric car and was running short as well. Good luck with the project. Did you ever find a body? Geoff
