Aluminum

Post by RcBurnout »

Some aluminum work. I used 1/8 inch for the grill and now I'm thinking it will be suitable for the whole project..... It's just sanded with 220 and polished with Mothers mag polish

Thanx Mike. Still got to tighten the template up a little more. Close. Oh so close. But I'm liking it so far. :-)

It's really not to bad mike. Just had to massage it a little. Don't want to have to do that,, Here's some pics with the rods in it. Don't get to crazy. There hot glued in. But , I'm going to mark a plastic insert to put the rods in and glue that in. I can live with this.

Did the firewall foe the 34 today. Still have some cutting and depth to add to it....also did a more traditional 32 ford grill.
