'68 Camaro Pro Mod
Here are the first of a few pics of my '68 Camaro Pro Mod drag car. The chassis is 4130 chromoly tube and is built to be extremely capable...weighing in under 6 pounds for the bare chassis. Front suspension is coil-over strut...rear is solid.

Re: '68 Camaro Pro Mod
I wanted something different for the engine so I built this "Mighty Mouse" 6.8 h.p. small block. I went with a GZR billet marine crankcase because of the tighter tolerances. I installed ceramic crank bearings, low drag seals and a 1mm stroker crankshaft. The top end is a G4 race prepped 34mm cylinder with a CNC Pro Mod piston...all topped off with a heat sink cylinder shell. Race prepped WT 257 carb and hi-response clutch with 9500 rpm. spring complete the rest of the modifications.
The engine mounts in the lay down position...exhaust down, carb up...makes tuned pipe and throttle linkage hook up easier and keeps the c/g lower.
