am I reading the ad correctly where it says that there is only one side cover in the lot?

Correct. That's what it says and shows in the pictures. Skellenger lost that mold. I modified that cover to use as a plug for an epoxy mold. It's very easy to make one and costs about $80 in material. It's the same process Conley uses. Research investment cast or lost wax process to understand.

ok Ive done some lost wax casting in the past. My uncle makes teeth. hes got all the equipment. Hypothetically if you don't sell the lot would you be interested in selling one at a time?

Yes. One center, rear cover and ring gear set for 475 ea.

ok great!! I hate to say that I hope that you don't sell the lot. Im assuming that a hub to attach the ring gear to the axel needs to be fabbed?
