Hey SpecialK did you design the yellow boat??? The reason I ask is the tunnel underneath the boat doesn't look very deep. how does it handle???? Are you making these just for yourself or are you selling them

Jay it was made orinally made by Millar Agnew and Bill seebold in the 90's (AMPS) , the molds got beat up bad over the years , i have slowly been restoring them , plus i have redone the transom to fit more modern motors . the are big . 56' by 20' they handel waves like a large off shore cat :evil:

Its a shame that the AMPS lowers still aren't being made. they looked good but I don't think they would stand up to the abuse of the new engines these, days. will be interested to see how the hull handles a late model Zenoah or RCMK. from the video it looked like the hull was starting to lift but didn't have the power to keep the air being forced into the tunnel. Keep me posted with how your going with it. the molds are looking good so far.
