34 Ford Parts

Post by Dry Modeler »

Hey guys - I am building a WCM 34 Ford and need the front grill, front headlamps, as well as the rear lights. I am new to quarter scale, so I don't have too many contacts. Any leads / parts for sale, is greatly appreciated.

the grill will probably be impossible to find original. I don't even know if anyone has tried to reproduce one. just not enough cars. Conley is building a 34 and may be a good place to start to see if he has sourced them yet.

Thanks Mike. Gary has started his retirement and is in the process of moving to Texas. I'm not sure what fate the Stinger will have or if he is still fabricating parts for his 34. I think his version had a screen for the grill and not the bars. I checked into a foundry that made ONE of them, but they told me the rights for the work was owned by that customer. So, I'm hoping someone has an old car in storage and considers piece-mealing the parts out. My fingers are crossed! It seems quite a bit of 1/4 scale parts are tough to locate.

Thank you very much. I bought the pair. I think they should work out nicely. I appreciate the lead.
