SEco Skellnger GTP cars

Post by Mike Casey »

unfortunately so much stuff was lost when we redid the site. The history of these awesome cars was lost too. Until now... :D

These are RACO cars that were modified by Steve Skellenger and Robert Bates of SEco santa ana years ago. This was one of many projects that they worked on to increase the possible applications for their Skellenger rear ends to help increase sales. There were 3 of these cars built by skellenger engineering and they currently reside in the QSL museum

Basically the construction is the same as the Raco version with the major exception of the rear end. The whole back section was custom built to house the skellenger rear end. Basic ground effects were constructed and there were small details done to the front end of the car as well. These were never sold to the public and they were used as company cars.

Well, you have an aspiring cinematographer living at your house, put here to work with the still camera before she "goes Hollywood" and moves up to the Valley!
