I NEVER goop my tires, but some 1:10 tracks have a permanent "puddle" of goo on the starting line, so I totally see the purpose here.

It's nerve racking without the curbs at the end Funky.LOL But it's an awesome feeling when you run 42 MPH in 132', with a car that heavy.

I hope that never happens. I have a Futaba FASST 3PM 2.4G radio with fail safe and it works really well. I would not run it real fast with out it! I also put thick foam around the receiver. The OLD's body that I have is a hard one to find, But the chassis can be fixed.

What's the latest on the EasTex Express? Any recent outings? It was coming around nicely earlier this year...

Hey Guys i've been busy lately. M.R i haven't ran the car lately but the best ET was 3.07 at 42 MPH in the tenth scale quarter mile. i need to get the engine tuned by some one better than i and it will run a lot faster.
