Re: Delara NASCAR
I love these cars. It is one of my favorites in my collection as well. Not to mention i STOLE it for only $800 new never run!!! BUT enough of me rubbing that one in.
awesome score and a solid trade up from the raco.
I have only seen 2 complete cars (yours and mine) the rest in parts (maybe 5 or so)

remember one thing knowledge is power, and you need to respect those of us who were there when all this was happening...FuNkY mOnK wrote:Ok cheif here's your chance to shine with all that knowledge of yours on delara cars. What exactly is not original on my delara besides the shocks and possibly the body which btw fits like a glove. Also maybe the rear but the rear is why I bought it.
You don't post BS that it's not original and then don't explain .
Re: Delara NASCAR
hey funky,
i do not need to rip your car apart, as you seem to know what is not correct.
like i have said it was a nice score, and one to be proud of....
you on the other hand need to learn the word RESPECT.....
again enjoy your car, and try acting like an adult....
End Of Story.......

Re: Delara NASCAR
i dont see anything wrong with it. Brake looks good. I dont even have mine installed in these pics. but thats where it goes. Definately the days of the $800 skellenger rear cars are basically gone. But one can always hope
Respect is not an entitlement, its earned. Takes years for that.

Re: Delara NASCAR
You guys are so funny.
You’re debating what’s original based on three examples and those three examples each have different major components. The expansion chambers shown are not the same, all three rear ends are different, gas tanks are even in different locations. There are three different front bumpers here.
Was there a standard for these or was each one semi custom?
Funky, you want $4000.00 or some Yankees? Your choice.
