Electric TF

After about 2 years of electrical issues it finally runs. Castle motor, 1400 strand 8 ga wire, 2 4s 14 volt 6500 mh batteries and Raco rear with clutch. Sheet metal body, Kart rims with 9 inch foams and dual brakes with dual servos.

That is the best looking electric rail I've seen !! How does it compare ,speed wise, to a gas rail ?

Thanks George I Have not had any prepared track time yet because of the wet weather but I believe it will hold its own with up to 50cc motors maybe more. Fully charged is 32 volts times 750 rpm per volt with 6 to 1 gear ratio gives me about 3000 rpm at the rear tires if I,m figuring right. In test on my little street with kart slicks on at partial throttle it will spin them pretty quick. This rail is not a lite weight either, it weighs 38 pounds with foams 40 with rubber tires. Geoff

Looks awesome, I run electric also..very nice job...pleasure to see
