Yankee Peugeot 905

Post by Emilio »

Hey folks, I don't expect to much feedback as I know there aren't to many Yankee enthusiasts on this forum or any U.S. forum for that mater, but I love em to death. Here is my finished Peugeot 905, it has the ABS body with separate windshield from Yankee, it has the 2 speed trans and the original carbon fiber chassis with the carbon fiber rear wing set, side strip decals are from Yankee but the rest are from a company I use that produces them individually perforated eliminating the vinyl transparency that goes along with the sometimes traditional decal as the background (not very appealing in my opinion) Anyway, here is the company I use for the decals in case anyone is interested https://doityourselflettering.com/ Hope you enjoy the photos and hope to spark your interest to get your projects done 8)

I'm getting a few comments as to what I used to paint this car. First I don't have an indoor booth to paint, so I wait until I have little to no humidity, then I shoot outside with area and environment protected. I use Rust-oleum 2X for plastic. Colors are high gloss white and semi-gloss black, no clear coat. This body is made of ABS. Hope this helps and thanks for your questions :)
