Here is my attempt (mainly for the wife, Speed Demon) of our up coming Funny Cars.

Ahhh... funny cars with NAMES like the good ol' days!

I'm surspised you didn't make the Speed Demon blue with flames,,, like some OTHER drag car I've seen photos of recently.

(Mike Casey has one of these, too... how's that one coming along?)

Well it runs, well OK, moves around the garage. I will be reworking parts of the frame and getting it just right before starting on hers.

i think it's a polycarbonate (lexan) printed body

The wife has decided, thankfully, to pass on the flames. I like flames, but I expect a wall swipe or two and flames are a pain to repair. All of the graphics on these cars will be vinyl and decals.

The "Top Secret " project will have flames!!!!
