pacesetter funny car OLD SCHOOL!
Here is one I picked up today, I honestly tried to pass it up, but the price was right and they were local. So basically I was forced to pick it up. This is a very old pacesetter model. Probably one of the first built by Jeff. The engine is from when he used to buy chainsaws at the local hardware store and take them apart for the engines. Pretty neat vintage piece.

What a good score. **Jealous** I really was thinking of getting it, but I need to finish my dragster first. I WILL get a funny car when the dragster is done though, I am hooked on this 1/4 scale stuff.

Paul, the 80's dragster is really cool, but you oughta polish that one up real nice, sell the sucker, and use the funds to get you into a raceable modern funny car...I'll help you paint it like Robert Hight's Mustang.

Re: pacesetter funny car OLD SCHOOL!
I was not that excited when I bought it, but after I picked it up, I was really happy. Its a real nice car, looks better in person then in pics. You can tell just by looking at the motor it has very low run time.I think this car might complete the pacesetter funny car evolution. I have this one, the next one that was made with wheelie bars and the silver dollar rear and then I have the version with A arms in the front and a skellenger rear. I do believe they had a non A arm one too built at the same time. But I dont need to get overboard.... or do I?
