Post by bill »

Hey guys im getting ready to finish up a 1/4 scale monster truck i designed long ago. My question is what would you sugesstion be for a good sterring servo. Were talking about 50lbs with 12x5" on the tires 4 wheel drive.Im looking for something that wont tear up easy and i can even build something custom if needed seen one on you tube made from windsheild wiper motor interesting.I would appreciate any input.

easyest way is to use 2 1/4 scale servos linked together some thing like hitec hs-5805mg they are 24kg's of torque each 2 of them should do the job ....

theres is another biger servo but i cant rember the name of it ...

Tonegawa Servos are the next step up from q scale servos. Strong but pricey.
