Very nice!!

Can't wait to see the completed body. My two cents, I need room to get my BRP eight inch slick under the body.

Looks good MRO! This guy may want one to reduce his tire bill.

Progress pics... just got to sand it all smooth, add a few details, and it'll be ready. I'd say in about a week.

Well, I thought it would be done by today, but I am waiting on some materials in the mail to get here so I can totally finish it.

Gotta give thanks to Mike Schaffner for posting pics of his 1:3 scale build online. After seeing how he constructed that Vega body, it really helped me in getting the Camaro started out right.

Other than that, just chasing the remaining rough areas and pinholes now.

I'm very close to finished with the sanding and detailing the wooden master (or plug or pattern, whatever you want to call it.).

Probably would have had it done already but a big ol' thunderstorm blown through here late Tuesday and knocked out our electricity until the next day! Then I spent all day yesterday and this morning with a (borrowed) chainsaw clearing the trees that fell on and around my house. Gotta love Springtime in the MidWest!

To be sure, I'll post pics when it's done, before I send it off to California have the production mold made from it.

The plan is to have them available through Legendary Reproductions as soon as possible. Mike Casey will have a better idea of the estimated availability dates than I do.

...it was an old yellow Poulan 42cc. Pretty worn, not much compression left in it, but on the plus side, it started on the second pull every time I fired it up.

Just chasing small flaws now (between the rainstorms and tornadoes).
