Its a liquid computer cooler for a CPU. Its made by Corsair and they call it their H100.

I was originally going to do the same thing to my 88 WCM (just for looks non functional) but ended up not doing it.
I have to say it looks really nice I think I am going ahead and doing the same thing but I would use the single 80mm fan version.

Good idea. I think the 80mm would look much better. I'm concerned about the engine getting too hot so I got a larger radiator, but for all I know this monster might not even let it warm up, LOL.
