If you can't locate any you could always build a set... Providing you have the abilities.. Here are a few pics of the ones i built for my Beretta...'' Still not done '' And a video on them... http://www.youtube.com/user/QSPSB2

I don't have the time to fabricate you a set of them, But i could put together a diagram with all the specs and material used to build them if you would like... I'll just alter some of the pictures in paintnet with all the specs...
Will that work for yaa?

Re: 1/4 Scale Wheelie Bars ???
I think these pics with dimensions will work for yaa... I'll get the dimensions on the wheel brackets this evening..
Just keep in mind while building these bud... 1st of all make sure your table/board is secured well... 2nd make sure the board is level across the centers of both directions of the board.. 3rd.. Align your blocks on the outside of the 2 main frame rails and secure them... 4th... Now align your blocks on the inside of the frame rails and secure them... NOTE:: Allow block distance in the center of the frame rails... 5th.. Cut and notch your center piece... Trial fit the piece... If it fits tightly. your good to go.. 6th.. attach blocks on both sides of the center tube...
Now double check it all prior to tack welded it to make sure it's still square... If all is square.... FIRE IT UP!!!!
Good luck!

Re: 1/4 Scale Wheelie Bars ???
Woops!!
I forgot mention a few tips... When placing the frame rails in the board make sure one of them hang over the edge a tad... This is where you will need to place the welder ground clamp... Also carefully attach a few blocks here and there to secure the piece so it will stay level to the board... And take your time welding it.. allow plenty of time to cool before you weld more... If not it will warp on you... been there done it....
BTW:: Don't attempt to attach the ground clamp on the tubing other than that end... Because if you attempt to attach it elsewhere it will cause the part to lift from the table... Then you will be stuck with a lop sided tube that you will need to cut the welds and re-weld again... Been there done it. lol
I don't know if you or your buddy has much experience welding or not but thought i would give you a heads up on how it's done!!
