Hi Stef,

I bought one of these 1/10 Corvette RC models last year, when I was looking around for a 1/4 scale 1970 Corvette, it looks very impressive, but the body is a little on the thin side. But I am still very please with it.

I believe its a 1969 Corvette, and so has a few small differences to the 1970.

Thanks

Gary

Hi Stef,

If you need any additional data for this project, I actually have the real thing, which I have owned for over 20 years, and is now fully restored. So if I can be of any help, please let me know.

Thanks

Thank you for your reply, I guess this will not be as easy as I expected. I thought such cars would have been very popular, I am sure a few people at my Corvette Club would be intested in one. Maybe I will have to think about getting a be-spoke body shell made.

I made several bodies since last time, but no C3 ready. I work first on bodies commissioned and if it remain time I can work on other.
I have a better 3d model now and I printed bumpers to try casting them in aluminium.

Hi Stef,

Thanks for the reply, and pleased to hear the C3 is still on the list.
How much do you expect the shell will cost and how many orders would you need to make it worthwhile.

Thanks in advance and hoping the early C3 will soon be available in 1/4 scale. :D

Kind regards

My goal is to make a complete display car.
I can sell simple bodyshell without paint for 400€. just need to notice that C3 is a narrow car, narrower than some classic chassis (maybe I can make wide fender option to glue to body

for the number of order needed, if I have 4 order$ I can put it in the machine. I will only make 8 off each mold. limited edition :D
