Funny, I bought the same FEMA Boardanlasser a few weeks ago for a Pacesetter Funny car project. Do you want to put it in the car or just in the stand? I never heard about Jeff's pacesetter design...

Michael I want a starter to start the engine, I don't know if the starter in the pacesetter was an option from Jeff or a mod from someone else, but over the years I've seen a couple of photos with this similar starter in the pacestter sprint. I will try and find this photo. Do you think there is any way the Fema can fit in the Gilmer, where did you find yours?

The FEMA starter is difficult for Cars. We should
open an other thread for it :-)
Mine was specially made for quadra engines in Airplanes.
That causes problems. I don't know how to solve them right now
but I will try to help you if I can...

Merry Christmas...

Yes Michael I will start a thread if I ever get this or another starter in my Gilmer, If not I will use a belt on a hand held starter. Happy Holiday to all!

This is my drawing of the axle hub to Mount the Brakes to the Gilmer.
Dimensions are in Milimeter, threads are Metric. Some dimensions were
measured from the original part.

This may not fit for everyone.

I am still thinking about the position and dimension of the exhaust.
The picture shows a printed plastic and paper prototype.

Thank you all.

I have 4 set´s of these bonnets for sale.
The parts are made of 1mm laser cut Aluminum.
I will put them in the sales section. Each set (left and right) is 50$ + shipping.
I accept PayPal to a friend. First come first serve.
There won´t be any more.

Please recognize that you have to drill holes in your Gilmer Body to mount them.
This sale does not include the screws. Maybe the bonnets won`t fit older Gilmer Bodys.
