Any fix for original Raco shock seals?

Hi everyone, ran into a little issue with the Jac-Rabbit rebuild... the shock seals are toast.

The body o-rings are easily replaced, but the actual shaft seals are toast.

Tried heavier weight oil and it holds a bit, but eventually leaks out and I'd like this done correctly.

One pair of mine do have part numbers on the oil seals (NOK 16074-1), but I can't exactly figure out how these'd come apart nor have I located replacements.

So... what's the solution?
