Hi been interested in large scale for many many years, Have built a few large scale jet boats, but have always wanted a Hot rod, But Wife, kids etc have always stopped me, Now they have all left home I can Buy more big boys toys, without getting earache.

I have agreed to buy a Black Widow V8 , Various other castings axles etc and a 1/4 49" long scale High boy body and running boards


Problems... There may be no plans for motor, If any one knows of a set or can scan, photocpy a set PLEASE let me know


If any one can Identify any other castings or other bits please

and if any one Knows any thing about a chassis / frame to go under also would be appreciated

Hi Steve:

At the risk of stating the obvious, these plans are extremely hard to find. You've probably already thought of this, but in case you haven't, how about asking in some model engine building forums about a set of plans? Somewhere here on QSL a lot of years ago someone posted up some details, sketch, dimensions, etc., fort a 'home brew' 34 Ford chassis. You may like to search the forum for this.
