I remember those, LOL!!!
Don't think I've ever seen one make a straight pass, though. It's an oval car suspension system on a flat-cut frame. Still drives off one rear wheel more than the other due to the belt tension pulling on one side of the rear suspension. If the rear was solid-mount, it would not matter so much.
Okay for oval, not okay for a straight-line design.
