Tires and wheels

I have what I believe is some Raco wheels with ?? some kind of tire centers or??? I am really not sure what these are? I bought some other tires and wheels and these were in the box. So if you can identify and need these, here they are. $25 for all. Also I have 4 foam tires in very good shape. The small ones are 6-1/2 x 2-1/4 with 3-5/8 wheel opening. The larger ones are 7 x 2-5/8 with 3-5/8 wheel opening. $35 for the set. I have a set of gently used original WCM 34 Ford tires (only) no wheels. $50. ($100 for everything).
