Need Some help New era or WCM Pro Stock?

Hey everyone posted this on rc tech and got a reply to come over here. Need some help Ive found out its either a wcm or new era. Let me know what you think the tag on the chassis is AX1307 The body has never been mounted and it has the belly pan and front rear clear windows as well. All tires have flat spots does anyone know where to get new tires for it? Possibly going to sell it what is a car like this worth?

Looks like a WCM pro stock. You can get tires from BRP as listed in the forum header.
