Very cool.

I used to work on a magazine (at the old McMullen-Argus Publishing Company) called "Cobras", so I'm familiar with what these machines should look like.

Many of the old vintage ones were either blue or white, but there were a lot of "silver" ones showing off the original (unpainted) aluminum bodywork. Most of the ones you see on the streets today are fiberglass replicas.

So... I'm liking the silver!

This Cobra is shaping up to be 'understated' ... in other words ..... 'intensely cool'

Wow! just finished wet sanding and polishing the body. That was a lot of work, but it got all the crap out of the clear coat that floated into it from painting in my driveway. Now I need to clean the backside of all the fiberglass and paint it black. That will really set it off...

Very classy. That and small touches like the burl walnut dashboard makes that one outstanding.

nope... usually they dont have a grill. I did put mesh in on the front vents and lower oil cooler inlet. That came out good. But this stuff is something different. Soon, very soon!
