We decided to hit the San diego Air show over the weekend. It was a FANTASTIC show as always. If you have never seen the blue angels in person before, you are really missing out on an amazing show! Going to these really gives you a nice prospective of how advanced our military really is. Our service men must be proud.
We decided to spend the night down there and go to the USS midway Aircraft carrier museum. WOW! Just WOW! 3 Current duty Aircraft carriers were in port as well. Very cool weekend!

Der Weinerschnitzel?
Oh, man I miss In-N-Out Burger the most. We used to go to Old Town San Diego for lunch, I remember it well. Also remember these signs on the 5 Freeway on the way down:

Juiced - What kind of ship were you stationed on?
I don't know how anyone keeps from getting lost on something as large as an aircraft carrier. Do they give you maps or a tour on your first day? I guess I expected larger rooms like a cruise ship. I was surprised at how low the ceilings were and how small all the rooms are. It seems like every place has multiple doors and if you are lucky you'll end up popping out somewhere you recognize (although each passageway looks about the same as all the others).
Thank you to all the brave souls that have fought for our country!!!!
