1/5 scale Monster Truck

New project in the works. Front & rear axle complete, Chassis partial.

How long are the diffs?
I guess they are home made.. I am still on the look out for anything similar to the rc4wd diffs.. Just doesnt look like there is another option..

Yes the cases are custom, but I'm using MCD limited Slip (posi) & gears. I'm planning on producing & selling parts by fall this year. I have enough axle parts so far to build 3-trucks. I'm currently build the first chassis now. I will post pics of that soon. Yes, the steering will be hydraulic, front steer only.

Sorry, the diffs are 15in long. 22in total with MCD wheels & tires.

I wanna buy those axles...How much are you wanting for 2 steereble fronts
or set of 1 front and 1 rear. Let me know price because i allready have
tubechassis for 1/5 scale...

Prices? How tuff are they going to be?

How will they go being submerged in mud/ water and hitting rocks etc.

I haven't worked on this project for a while. The next step is to establish a web site so I can better judge the interest in these axles. I will keep you in formed. At this point there are no outter axle seals, but seals could be machined into the outter axle tubes. I will post some internal pictures of the axles in a couple days.

Everthing is made with 7075-T6 & there are skid plate mounting holes drilled & taped. Also an axle truss could easily be added.
