No Spark Help on a g2d

Just got this in my sprint car and have no spark, reset the coil gap using a business card, checked the kill switch to make sure it was not making contact, Need advise should I start with the ignition module, coil, or both?

spark plug ????
or
rust on flywheel and coil ???
or
brake in the lead going to spark plug

No rust, the plug had spark hooked to my baja, the lead wire looks good.

you might need a new coil then
but i would try a new plug first
