Astro Model 206: Top Fuel Digial Drag Racing Speed Control?

Hi, does anyone know anything about AstroFlight Inc.'s Astro Model 206 Top Fuel Digital Drag Racing Speed Control. I acquired this a while ago but it didn't come with a manual. I never had a use for it until now... and now I just remembered I don't know anything about it. It says Max Cells 20, Max Amps 150, but other than that I am clueless. Any help with this unit would be awesome. Thanks in advance!
