Earthquake

I just heard there was a huge earthquake in New Zealand today. You guys okay? Haven't had a chance to watch the news to see how bad the damage is. Hope everyone is well.

Bentley will be OK. The 'quake was near Christchurch on the south island. Bentley in on the north island in Hamilton. Big quake.....magnitude 7.0 was reported...big enough to get every-ones attention rapidly.

yeah we are at the other end of the country didnt feel a thing ...was they could feel in in napier thats about 6 hours drive from me
huge quake for us was 7.4 but they down graded it to a 7.1

christchurch is a very old city a lot of 100 year old brick buildings that just didnt have a chance
even a brand new hilton hotel has cracks right thru it ....

was lucky that it hapened at 430am when every one was sleeping

i think mad62 is from down christchurch hope hes ok

I spoke to mad62 yesterday,he is ok but he said the town he lives in is not to good.
