The body is ready and its chassis time.

I'll start with hub - calliper part, always cast alum , 22mm piston dot oil use.

The difficult step is the prototypes ,different for each wheel (symmetrical ) and now are ready to make the mould and the final parts.

The prototype chassis , alum + acetal .
Its a strong build , low cost but with difficulties to screws. Finally I'll make it all alum ,on different lines on the same think.

Servos have position in ( on ?) chassis so i dont need many parts.
Double steering servos , double arms and horizontal absorbs as always but to other direction .

it's so wonderfull to manage to build his own car from a to z!
all black parts ares in acetal? (POM)
i wonder what you call low cost? will you manage to stay under 1000€ complete car unpainted? (without radio)
i also wonder what it will do with only one shock by axle, like old Yankee cars? i could be easy to test

anti-roll bar system?

Yes, all blacks are acetal.
Its only a test for final chassis and costs 45 euro only as acetal.

There is one shock for esch axle. I made only the one side for the test

Yes, after the casting , lathe and milling to take the product.

Its a time to make a disck rotor to my rim but and a new rim centre.
Disck's holes position are suitable for centres with 10 arms.
