We will for sure have a 10x10 space and i am working on a 10x20 space. I will be displaying at least 10 cars.

What i am going to do...

-Non profit display
-Will spread the word about "where to buy" (very few places) and what collecting is about.
-display QSL banners
-pass out QSL fliers with basic info.

What i need...

-any type of donation to cover cost of fliers, banners,Tshirts, table rentals, moving truck rental. Approx. $400
-HELP! Anyone that can come out and MAN the booth with me would be a great help. I will have julie and my daughter but could use one or two more people.

Whats the point?

Well, this is realitivley a small investment for a LOT of exposure. The purpose is to expose QSL and the hobby of collecting to new people. The purpose is NOT to sell cars or any type of product. Just to put on a cool display for everyone to see and give them some info when they ask questions.

If we are lucky there may be some word of the booth in the RC mags too when they cover the event?

I am sending in the form to secure the 10x20ft space now. That will double our exposure, plus we will have an additional 10x10 space attached displaying 1/4 scale GN cars and such. So that will be a total of a 10x30 display section. Best exposure 1/4 scale has had in 15 years!

Yea, thought of bringing something like that too. I am just not sure if there will be enough space. but we will see.

I cant speak for WCM, but the other two guys have paid thier dues. These guys have honestly invested 10's of thousands of dollars to make these things available with little to no market for them. Again, the booth is not there to sell anything, just bring awareness to the hobby. Besides, this stuff stays in my home and not many get to enjoy the cars. This will be a great way to share that with people.

Nope, wont be bringing a tv. Just saw that electricity hookup is $100.

I did order the banner though just now. cant wait to see it when it comes in. Its 3x14ft with the qsl logo.
